Rosalia could not have been more heĺpful and welcòming. The property was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and if I could score her 11 out of 10 I would. It was close to city restaurants and a great shame we were only able to stay 1 night. Barry

The room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. The welcome was very warm, including clear checkin instructions and a bonus welcome ‘surprise’ from a local deli nearby. The location is perfect for a ‘base’ when visiting Ortigia, with parking close by, away from crowded areas but close enough to everything. Also worth to mention very friendly staff who took care of us and replied to messages within minutes. And a nice bonus, free mini bar with water, soft drinks and delicious snacks! Highly recommend this place for staying in Ortigia!

The view is absolutely gorgeous. The room had a nice patio were you can enjoy a great coffee in the morning or a glass of Prosecco by night. The staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want to go by car, make sure you are an experienced driver, as the road is pretty narrow and steep.

Such a beautiful and charming property! The suite room especially was exceptional, very spacious and comfortable. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was very tasty. Located on the top floor of an older building (with amazing skylight windows), walking distance to the old town centre and all the markets, while still very quiet. The vintage decor and furniture was so cool!!
