If there's anything better than arriving to the smell of a chocolate cake being baked (for breakfast the next day), I don't know what it is. Great spacious room, lovely welcome with lots of helpful tips, fantastic breakfast, great shower, comfy bed and within walking distance of everything. This is how guesthouses should be. This was in a perfect location. It was very well equipped and was a fun and interesting layout. Everything was there as expected and the host - Dario - was very good, friendly, very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Close to the centre of olbia from where you can explore. Restaurants and bars 2 mins walk away. Bus stop just around the corner to travel to other towns, etc. Heated pool was lovely even in the rain. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming.
