Small, well-designed apartments in the old town of Sirmione with a great terrace. No need to hold a dance in the room. You might fall down the stairs. No joke! In front of it is a large, perfect terrace with a great view of the roofs of Sirmione. We liked it! During the tourist season it is probably perfect.

Room was spacious, very modern and exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again if in the area again.

Delicious breakfast with good choices. Super clean and new room. Private, secured large territory for car parking. Only 7-10 min from Garda lake. Perfect quality per price. Strongly recommended, we stayed there twice.

Booked a triple room ( we are a family of four but my 3 year old was going to sleep with his sister) they surprised us with an extra bed for my little one to be comfortable without being charged extra. Very clean rooms, good breakfast and beautiful surroundings. My kids loved the new swimming pool ❤️ For sure this will not be our last visit.

The property is located a 30-minute drive from Verona Villafranca Airport, while Brescia is 15 km away. The whole place is really lovely, like your cousins house on the beach. Also the local beach is nearby so you can go swimming and relax. In the backyard, there's parking space, and you can take bikes for free. Breakfast was really tasty, for our preference, there could be more savoury stuff, but all of it was perfect, and the cappuccino was amazing! Stuff is really polite, and everything is clean and tidy. All recommendations.

Some rooms have a private balcony. It is a wonderful location very near Lake Garda, Santuario de la Madonna della Corona and all the amusement parks. The host is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and also dinner at the neighboring pizzeria. The room has enough space, with a balcony and a private bathroom. Although we spent only 1 night there for our trip, I would recommend the place even for longer stays due to its location, facilities and environment.
