But only 5 min to walk to Mahabodhi temple. Always some tuk tuk taxi passing by. The owner was very kind and nice person which made my stay great with his worker. It was spark clean and good facilities. Will stay again.

The property is enormous. The rooms and balcony are very spacious. Both the rooms have working A/C. Hot water system available 24 hrs. The access to the property is separate. The property was spotlessly clean and insect-free. There is a lot of legroom. The hosts were friendly, helped us book early morning auto rickshaws, and were knowledgeable about our general inquiries. We took our elderly mum with us, who needed special help occasionally, and they were very forthcoming and helpful. Thanks, Dimpy for being such a wonderful host.

We arrived very late (around 11:30 pm) and Sumit kindly waited for us. He helped us exchange money and told us where to get SIM cards the next day, which was really helpful after a long trip. The room and bathroom were very clean, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there was hot water too. Sumit and his family are truly wonderful people — kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We felt at home from the very first moment. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏✨

The bathroom is basic and functional, but very clean. The standard of cleanliness is almost Japanese throughout the house. There was a desk and chair to work on with many electrical points. Room had AC and ceiling fan, but the latter was sufficient in February. The room also had a balcony. Laundry facilities. The owners are an amazing family who can communicate in English, Hindi and Japanese.

But it can be reached easily by tuktuk (although you might need to help a bit with the navigation) from the temple area of bodh gaya. The guesthouse serves a simple but delicious breakfast and dinner as well as an assortment of hot drinks. Beds are basic but comfortable, so is the shower with reliable hot water. The guesthouse can also arrange other touristic excursions or transportation with a good driver and comfortable car. They are however not the cheapest option in this category.
