we booked for an ireland rugby match. if the hotel was any closer to the Aviva it would have to be on the pitch. amazing to just walk into the hotel after the match and watch the crowds pass by while sipping a drink from the honesty bar. Breakfast was top notch. charming interior matching the feel of the late Victorian exterior.

Location excellent. Bus services excellent and frequent. Room private with a small garden so comfortable. Host was so welcoming and informative and went out of her way to ensure the welcome was exceptional. I enjoyed my stay so much and found the facilities exceptional . Extremely clean . Lovely to find a real B & B. Jacquie and Gerry are such fantastic hosts. Like others have mentioned the breakfast is to die for. Great location for both the Dart into Dublin City and 5mins walk to the Aircoach stop for the airport. Perfect stay.
