The location was great for me because it was close to the university (walking distance), where I had to go for my meetings in Galway. The owner of the place was very pleasant. Loti (the staff) was kind, caring and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you.

All modern and spacious apartments have separate living rooms and kitchens. Each also offers a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. We informed the management of the estimated time of our arrival and told them we would get a taxi straight to the facility. When we arrived at the Westport train station we were met by a member of the management in a mini bus. Lovely surprise. When my husband and friend arrived much later that evening the kitchen was closed but they cheerfully reopened it and fed them with a fabulous plate of fresh fish and chips. The food was absolutely delicious and very plentiful. The owners and staff were wonderful, very warm and friendly. The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the people of this warm and welcoming place. I hope to return there someday and very highly recommend it to people looking for a lovely vacation experience. Thank you again to the owners and staff of the Helm. Westport is a great little town in a stunningly beautiful location.😁👍

The surrounding nature is very beautiful, very peaceful and calm. Very clean and neat, the host was very kind and nice.

I have recommended Teresa’s cottage to family and friends because it is such a comfortable get away in a quite area yet close to the nearest town. Beds provide a restful and dreamy sleep. It’s very special. I’m an Airbnb host in LA and this was the best stay I’ve had on Airbnb.
