The hostel is cosy, there's plenty of space to chill and having breakfast in the morning on the terrace is just perfect. The room is clean, the bed is good and there's fresh mountain water coming out of the shower. Jahe, the hostel manager, is amazing and will help you with anything like renting scooters, booking snorkel tours or transport. We stayed 1 week in the hostel, but we could easily spend months here! Location is perfect: close to the harbour and main road with loads of places to have local or western food or coffee. We highly recommend staying at the Loyal Friend Hostel!!

The owners and staff (especially Asty) were very attentive, always available and organized everything when needed (ferry tickets, a scooter, medical care when we were sick). We have rarely experienced such warmth. That there was muesli with yoghurt for breakfast was a really welcome change! 🥰 If you are not in the mood to go to town for dinner, you can enjoy delicious food at Deepsky Villa. In addition, the location is unbeatable, close to the beautiful beaches, you can get to town in just a few minutes by scooter, but above all it is heavenly quiet. Even though we were there for 7 nights, we were sad that we had to leave.
