I could go on and on. The lovely view from Level 12 perfectly complemented my stay. Thank you Mariam.

Location also is fantastic with direct access to Lotte Mall. Facilities all looked clean and well maintained. Some hand sanitizer spilled in the elevator and a few minutes later when we took the same lift, it was already cleaned. We liked the layout of the 3 BR - a nice big dining table and a nested pair of coffee tables along with a sofa and a couple of armchairs. There's a bonus third bathroom near the washing area if the guests don't mind a squatting toilet and using a bidet spray as a hand shower, which is nice to shorten prep time in the mornings. The office nook is tucked in so you don't get any view but it also means no desk interfering when entertaining guests. The terrace had ample space.

The luxury apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city. My family and I had an amazing stay at this serviced apartment! The place was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was a great bonus —fresh, delicious, and with a great variety every morning. Getting around was so easy with Gojek and Grab—malls, shops, and restaurants were all just a short ride away. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was included in my purchase, and the staff and the manager in the breakfast lounge were exceptionally friendly, kind, and smiling, and they were always happy to serve at our table of any requests we made. Breakfast food was delicious. Our return flight was in the early hours, so the staff packed and delivered our breakfast to our room 8 hours prior. Reception staff were always smiling and greeting us. The check in and check out staff were so humble and respectful. We had the best time in Oakwood premier cozmo and we enjoyed our 5 day (first time) holiday in Jakarta. There are ACs in each room, which is a big plus. My parents just loved the place and they were happy with their stay. Totally recommend this place and I will be back for my next visit to Jakarta.
