Gede and Gopal were our personal butlers and was very attentive and happy to help. Organizing the drop off and pick up from the port was very easy with the help of the staff, and it was easy to book the driver to take us on the tour. The staff were all just lovely and friendly.

Very, very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for us - a bit out of the way, but you can reach nice cafes and restaurants on foot or by scooter. Would stay here again 😊
