Iva is the heart of the place. She leads the place with so much enthusiasm and love. The villa is beautiful and historical, so take that into consideration when booking. I requested an iron, and Iva allowed us to use the one in their laundry room. The location is excellent, merely 4 min walk to the marina/riva, 1 min walk to Lidl and DM. Less than 5 min beautiful walk to Čikat bay. Iva was gracious enough to recommend the restaurant to us, and we had amazing experiences there as well. Pool was a great bonus to wind down in the evenings.

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It’s much better than it seems and it was cleaned properly prior to our arrival. It has the perfect location - just a few steps to the sea, but at the same time very private. Since the property is fenced all around, our dog had a blast as well. Boris is one of the kindest host we have met on our travels. He welcomed us with a fridge, stocked with cold drinks, fresh fruit and snacks, and also brought us something from the bakery every morning! And he does that without being intrusive at all. I wish we could stay longer, but we are definitely returning next year to this underrated gem.

Great apartment, just next to the beach at Artatore. Two good sized bedrooms, sitting area, very well appointed kitchen with full range of new and good quality appliances (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer) and dining room plus a private terrace / patio area and garden. Laundry room in the basement with washers and dryers. The hosts/owners were very helpful and informative, easy to contact etc. Small beach in front of the apartment with a lovely & friendly beach bar (open from 8am for coffee till 10pm for drinks) and a good restaurant a hundred metres away. Short drive to Mali Lošinj/Veli Lošinj.

The owners are very hospitable; they live on the top floors of the house and the apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment is ultra comfortable, it has truly all you need, including a washing machine! It is decorated very well, the bed sleeps comfortably, the rain shower is absolutely great (I never like rain showers as the water comes out too slowly - not here!!), there is plenty of space inside and you have a large garden outside too! The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet. There are airconditionings in all spaces, so it keeps the place nice and cool. The accommodation is located 5 minutes on foot from the marina and also close to grocery stores. We highly recommend this apartment!
