Villa Porta Maestra was the best apartment we have ever rented. It was lovely. The sofa and chairs were beautiful and very comfortable as were the beds. We were very appreciative of the Nespresso coffee machine (our favorites at each of our homes). We didn't cook, but bought Croatian cheeses and meats for a few dinners. The views from the windows were breathtaking. No matter which window we looked from had a perfect view. Stefani went out of her way to help us get our bags up to the apartment and went with my husband to park the car, as the apartment was in a car free area. She also insisted that she help us with our bags on our return to the car. I would definitely recommend staying at Villa Porta Maestra. Hvar is a beautiful city and we really enjoyed our walks and very good restaurants.

Everything in the apartments is new. There are many restaurants in the area. But the area is quiet, no discos and loud music. The apartments have a small kitchen and there are bakeries, shops, supermarkets nearby. All the dishes are there. There is a small refrigerator. There is only a washing machine. Entrance to the building is on the side by stairs, there is no elevator. Parking is remote, the apartments are in a pedestrian zone.

Great location and very useful advice from the property management company. Trust them for the recommendations for the city and Island, more than 90% are absolutely accurate and correct. Regarding the comments from other guests about the operation of the air conditioner, the batteries in its remote control had to be changed.
