Superb location with easy beach access: through the gate, cross the quiet road, down a few steps, and into the water. There are beautiful rocks and lagoons if you love snorkelling. But first: sipping espresso under the villa's olive tree watching a sunrise (moonrise also available from the comfort of the terrace under a ceiling fan). There is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher plus many small appliances too. It is an easy 20-minute walk to the town centre along the beautiful seashore. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away. Good wifi and air conditioning throughout the villa. The bed is fine but it is firm. There is a nearby taverna but we only saw it open a couple of times (we came in early September); The beach bar opposite is good for those days you forget to buy coffee pods albeit expensive. The host is ever so friendly and helpful; when we needed some sharper kitchen knives for cooking with she had them to us later the same day! She also helped with booking a taxi to and from the villa from the ferry with our bags (€15 each way). Aside: we highly recommend hiring an eBike to explore the island (€25 for 24h from LifeCycle). There is a bike rack at the villa, too. If you come in September then be sure to check which Saturday has the Armata festival - it is not to be missed! Highly recommend this villa; We had a very relaxing holiday here.

Fabulous location and the apartment was spotless,comfortable and had everything anyone could need to enjoy a holiday . The private courtyard outside our door had orange and lemon trees and in the evening these were lit up with fairy lights. We used this courtyard as our private magic extra room for dining and evening drinks. The lady who owns the apartments gave us excellent advice on everything including helping us to hire bikes and the best hiking trails. We will be forever grateful for Aurealia’s extraordinary kindness and friendship . We hope to return to the Aria Apartments in the not too distant future.

Coming into the harbour and 2 minutes to walk along the road to the Agency Alasia,Mr Nikos and the rest of his family, Katerina and Stavros. We were taken straight away to our apartment, 1 minute walk, number 9 room,on the top floor,, panoramic sea view from the room,hearing the waves. With the hot weather,the complimentary bottles of water which was very kind of them. A lovely lady, cleaning our room every day. Another benefit for us is a few steps and we had the best options for, brunch,. dinner, cocktail drink,ice cream, shopping and in a few minutes maximum 12 minutes walking kounoupitsa area,and the same for the old harbour. Many thanks for everything Mr Nikos. So happy to hear that you are from Cyprus too.

Bay’s Complex is located in Kokkinari Area, within 1 km from the port and a short walk from the old port with dining and nightlife options.
