The place definitely exceeded our expectations in absolutely all respects! LOCATION - perfect - a few steps from the ferry, bus stop, taxis. Close to the promenade and all shops and restaurants. VIEW- great, a step from the beach across the street. The beach in front is shallow, sandy and with crystal clear water. There are umbrellas against consumption. ACCOMODATION - I don't know where to start, 10 out of 10 💙 The owners and staff are great, incredibly kind and attentive and responsive to every whim 😍 Communication - perfect. ROOM - tiny, but absolutely sufficient for a couple, organized and arranged excellently and with a lot of taste and flair. You feel right at home. The bed is big and comfortable. BATHROOM - is small, but comfortable, and with everything you need, incl. toiletries and towels. Cleanliness - I have rarely come across such a clean, but very clean place, including the common areas are sparkling and you can even walk barefoot (tested, as I did my morning workouts on the common terrace 😍 The balcony is small, but it's ok for two, especially with this view! The clothes dryers are very wisely placed on the common terrace with the room number, clever ;💙 I'm probably missing something, but whatever else you can think of - it will be 10. They even put up blinds outside during the day so it doesn't get too hot, truly unique hosts !!! I will definitely recommend the place and I hope we come again! Thank you!!! Apartment was really cute and romantic- ideal for couples. It's clean, well equiped and just as advertised. I also have to point out the help of our host Cherry, she isnt just a regular host. She knows the island so we knew where to go, what places we should visit and where we can rent a motor bike. Also she really took care of us- our ferry was canceled and she went to ferry ticket office to find out alternative connections and also helped us to get taxi from volos to athenes. So that really made our trip much much better. Higly recommend this apartment if you want to visit Skopelos!

Evi was a great host really helpfull even allowed us earlier check in and offered to help us with the car rental. The accomodation was great very clean,new,modern ( oven was unused before us) everything else was great. The outside seating was nice just a thing to note if u are in the apartment(phos)( as we were (for up to 4 people) the outside area was right on the entrance road to the property which meant when you are outside there is quite noticeable sound of the road which is like 50 meters ( I didn't mind it but my mother is a bit more sensitive so...). Also the shampoo and shower where very good.

This is located right next to the port, which was very good as we needed to catch a ferry the next morning. The man who checked us in was extremely attentive to our needs and very friendly. We really appreciated his help. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There were a couple of restaurants on the street next door, and one little supermarket. One interesting challenge is that an Orthodox Church is right next door and the bells started going off from 7:00 to 9:30 as they did a liturgy. It was a bit challenging to sleep in during that.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, always available to offer support or suggestions. The entire family was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – exactly what you’d hope for on a relaxing holiday. The location was peaceful and quiet. 5 min driving to center or 15-20 min walk. Another big plus: there's a large and affordable supermarket nearby, which was incredibly convenient. We also appreciated having private parking available right in the courtyard – no stress about finding a spot! The room was equiped with air conditioner, sealing fans, insect blocking screens at the doors and windows, good shower and spacious room. Garden with lots of trees and some cats, chickens and a neighbor goat or lamb which was happy to consume all our vegetal leftovers :) All in all, a perfect stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Skopelos.

An amazing spot located right above the beach with a fantastic restaurant right below. The room was new and well kept and came with all the appliances one could need for a little home cooking. Just a 5 min walk from the sea, along a flat dirt path under the trees. Perfectly quite, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers. No passing-by traffic, no noise at night, pleasantly cool, we did not even use the aircondition available. The Panormos beach is quite advantageous, you can swim in crystal-clear waters even when north winds blow, as it is protected by the hills around it. Plenty of excellent choices for food and drinks there, too, you don't really have to drive in order to get to a nice restaurant. All-in-all, Skopelos-Panormos-Spiros Rooms is a perfect coice for vacation. We stayed for 2 full weeks and regretted having to go ...
