Third: the communication before checking in. The owner, Mixalis, responds in minutes, being really helpful. Fourth: the apartment itself. You have everything needed for a short- or long-term stay, e.g., an excellent internet connection, a laundry machine, two covered balconies (so you don't have to worry if it rains while your washed clothes are outside), stoves, a fridge, utensils, an electric kettle, a nice bathroom with 24 hours of hot water, etc. The space is optimally organized and may accommodate not just a single traveller but a whole family of up to 4 people. The aparthotel has private entrance. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice view at the sea. I stayed at the ground floor where each room has direct access to private pool. Then I extended my stay and moved to only available room on the first floor. This room had a beautiful view at the bay. The rooms look quite new with a cool design and bathrooms are spacious and practical. Hosts were very friendly and kind. I would definitely come back here. A really nice and relatively secluded beach is 2 min walk from the property.

Rooms were super central to all major points of Rhodes, Mihali was one of the best hosts I’ve ever dealt with over our entire trip.
