Easy communication with the owner, clear instructions. The apartment is clean with modern furniture and equipment. The bus stop and shopping mall are located nearby. The location isn't very charming, but not the worst either - I've felt safe there.

This was maybe my best experience so far. Our host was extremely nice and welcoming, room with a garden was even better in person. Unique and interesting style of the entire building and rooms. It is also perfectly clean, and you can see that they take care about small details. Location is perfect, close to everything, and check in and check out are simple. Price is more than good, especially because you get a perfect place for your stay.
