This quaint, historic grade II listed property is 9 minutes' drive from York Dungeon and JORVIK Viking Centre. York Castle Museum is 13 minutes' drive away. Everything was perfect, starting with the staff -many thanks to George😊-continuing with the room (absolutelly lovely), facilities and the perfect location of the inn in a very nice and quite area (very close to the center and at the same time to the train station). As an extra, the bar was wonderfully decorated for Christmas.

The Grade I listed building offers an exhibition on the history of the site, a garden and free WiFi. I had a vey friendly and helpful welcome. The hotel has charm in abundance and is well located to explore York. Great room. Nice and quiet. And breakfast great. Super value for money.

It was stunning and unexpected, decor very funky, bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in

This adult-only accommodation offers a cosy bar and wonderful views across the North Sea. We loved the Sea View room. The location was close enough to walk in to the town and the Whitby Abbey. The information provided in the room was excellent and the whole experience was welcoming and homely.

Set within a former working mill in the heart of Hebden Bridge, these contemporary apartments have been extensively developed to offer 4-star facilities whilst still maintaining their original features. I liked how homey and comfortable it felt staying at this location. It provided everything we needed. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. Laundry detergent was provided. And there was even a wonderful basket full of food for breakfast. As well as eggs, butter, milk and juice in the fridge.
