As soon as we arrived Sadiya made us feel so welcome! She is the best/funniest tour guard I’ve ever met haha. Can’t fault anything from our stay. Clean tidy rooms. Really comfy beds. Excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was perfect in every respect (clean, comfortable, spacious, and placed in a safe area in the central city). The staff, in particular, were the most friendly and helpful I have encountered in all my travels. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled and I faced some difficulties, the entire team offered tremendous assistance, for which I am deeply grateful. If I ever return to Leeds, this is undoubtedly the place where I would want to stay again.

This is a little gem. 15 mins walk from the centre, fully equipped, very comfortable bed, excellent communication and so quiet. Self check in was so easy. Will definitely be back

Definitely recommend booking Brook Cottage if you’re in the area… it’s in a stunning location with wonderful views and yet still incredibly close to amenities, pubs, cafes and the Picturedrome. The attention to detail is fabulous and it’s clear the cottage has been lovingly renovated to deliver all the cosiness you’ll love, with a modern twist. We were particularly touched to see milk in the fridge and snacks in the cupboard, and the number of USB chargers around the place worked well for us too. The property is spotlessly clean and tidy as well as very tastefully decorated - a real home from home.

Host went above and beyond to help us out, broken suitcase needed a place to stay. She was extremely easy to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment is in a great spot, though we were there mid-week so it probably wasn't the liveliest (just how we like it). The apartment has everything you need and it is perfect for two people. Lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen. In the morning we took the water taxi from the dock to the station, which was an absolute treat.

My stay at fAiRy DeLL Guesthouse was truly wonderful. It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home. Lynn was an absolute 🌟 — so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. She went above and beyond! The room was clean, and the bed was amazing. I slept better than at home!! The place was very quiet, which I valued more than I thought I would. Close to the bus and train station, I had no problem travelling to cities nearby and trying out the local food. I left feeling so happy and well looked after. I’d 100% recommend FAiRy DeLL Guesthouse to anyone visiting this area, and i will definitely stay here again if I ever come back.
