The owner left us plenty of little things which made a real difference, including water, cookies, and everything needed in the kitchen. Location was perfect for nice country walks or access to the rest of the area. Loved seeing the ponies and donkeys just across the road.

The location is pretty and it’s easy to get to many of the beautiful things to see in the New Forest, especially ponies and the car museum. Whilst the cottage isn’t huge it’s very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Our host was welcoming, helpful and provided tasty things to make our own breakfast. We particularly loved the horses being our “neighbors “. Definitely recommend.

This 4-star bed and breakfast offers private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. We loved our stay at Rosedale. Jenny and her husband were always very kind and hospitable. We had juice, water and milk placed daily in our mini fridge and we also had biscuits placed in our room. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely as well and prepared daily for us. They also let us use their bike sheds to store our bikes which was very much appreciated. The house is super close to the centre, only a few minute walk to the heritage centre, a 10 minute walk to Bolton's bench and also very close to shops and restaurants. Great stay overall.
