Very good and spacious place, the staff is friendly. The only bad thing was the heavy smell of the aromatizer in the room. All good in general.

Palacio Tirso de Molina - THE ARC COLLECTION offers accommodation situated 600 metres from the centre of Madrid and provides a fitness centre and an indoor pool. The accommodation has a sauna. The accommodation features a sauna, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. This hotel is truly fantastic, a wonderful establishment. Everything has been thoughtfully renovated and the design is well considered. The apartments are delightful and very spacious. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout our stay. Daily housekeeping ensured everything was in order. The kitchen facilities were excellent. I was particularly impressed by how meticulously clean everything was. The staff were wonderful; they were very kind and always smiling, ready to solve any issues we might have encountered. The location is superb, right in the city center, only five minutes away from everything. However, there is a slight downside, as it is located on a square that can be described as a gathering place for refuse. I believe this square will be cleaned up soon. It's not that there are derelict hotels around, just that the square itself needs attention. Locals informed me that it used to be worse and it's gradually getting cleaned up. I anticipate that in time this square will be one of the most beautiful areas. For now, it doesn't seem so, but if you overlook this, you're truly in the heart of the city, close to everything. Remember, no city is perfect, and the current state is not the fault of the hotel or its management. The hotel itself deserves no complaints; they do an excellent job maintaining their high standards and luxury. I am thankful for the opportunity to stay here and am grateful for the experience.

The property is around 13 km from Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, 13 km from Santiago Bernabéu Stadium and 14 km from El Retiro Park. The guest house features family rooms. A very good surprise. We reserved this apartment only for the night before our flight but it appeared to be a very spacious one, super clean and comfortable for a family. Check in process is easy via the hotel next door.

The rooms are equipped with a balcony with city views. Very clean property and well kept. Situated in the centre of Alcala very close to all amenities. The host was very friendly and helpful all the time , so helpful that even iron my trousers.

Suitable for families and mature travellers. Charming family room with a spotless bathroom. Good toiletries. Appreciated. Myself and my kids (19&8) enjoyed the stay. We will return here.

Absolutely a great location. The suite was great - everything you could ask for. Elevator was very much appreciated. Complimentary morning coffee and afternoon wine was a nice touch. Luggage storage was also appreciated.
