Starlight Mountain Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Sigchos, where guests can make the most of its water sports facilities and fitness centre. Very nice people, a good view and good food included!

Set in Chugchilán, Hostal Doña Clarita Inn features accommodation with a public bath and an open-air bath. The incredibly warm welcome of smiles and beautiful hospitality, along with a happy dog and cat, it felt like we were stepping into a home. It was the best and calmest place with A variety of teas, boiling water, drinking water, coffee, homemade cookies and banana bread upon arrival with the fire lit for us to get all cosy after our walk along the trail. Super friendly vibes, community dinner was exceptional and the vegan option was the best I’ve had in Ecuador. The views over the valley are beautiful and clear sky’s meant for tea under the stars in the evening :)

Amazing place to stay! The view is obviously amazing and also the family running the hostal is lovely. The food is great and there is tea and filtered water all day. Super cosy with the fireplace in the common space and the three llamas in the garden. :) The rooms are also perfect.

Casa Pájaro Azul - Isinliví is set in Hacienda La Provincia and offers a garden. Guests can benefit from a patio and a sun terrace. Rosita is lovely and welcoming, we enjoyed staying in and her cozy, clean apartment. The apartment is a great place to stay for anyone doing the Quilotoa walk or just visiting Isinlivi, and includes a kitchen and private bathroom. Rosita also showed us her cuy and chicken farm and even took us on a walk around the town. Easy to get cheap lunch box for the next days walk from a nearby shop for $3.5 or $1 for just a sandwich. The Italian restaurant up the road is perfect for dinner and affordable. We just made our own oats for breakfast.

Very nice view onto the valley and the volcano. We were watching the stars and shooting stars from the very comfortable bed. Although it was cold outside, the blankets and heater keep you warm. The jacuzzi was nice as well.

Situated in Chasqui, El Chasqui Guest House offers accommodation with a patio. This property offers access to a terrace, darts, free private parking and free WiFi. The owner was very welcoming and nice with every detail or need. Our overall experience was very good and the place we clean. Even towels were new. The breakfast was amazing! totally surpased my expectations.

Hostal Sendero de Volcanes offers rooms in Latacunga. Among the facilities at this property are a shared kitchen and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Javier and his family were so accommodating. I needed to use a computer at a cyber cafe, and Javier offered to let me use his laptop for the morning because he wasn’t using it. Really great service.
