When leaving, the Hostess offered us free sandwiches for our onward journey!

This guest house is situated in the Hammer district on the outskirts of Siegsdorf, in the Chiemgau Alps. The view was amazing, the room was so nice and comfortable, it was quiet and clean. Breakfast was very good. The owner was so welcoming and nice.

Offering scenice views of the surrounding mountains and Chiemsee Lake, Hotel garni Chiemsee-Pension-Seebruck offers rooms with free WiFi access. The property includes both a garden and a terrace. This was a delightful stay and we couldn't have asked for more from our first visit to this area. The room was spacious, with easy access to the extensive garden really well kept with flowers and our own little terrace area to relax on. There was shade in the garden on a sunny day, and lovely views of the mountains and lake which we could reach easily. The garden was full of birdsong including a cuckoo! The breakfast was outstanding, the staff friendly, many spoke English and there was free home made cake in reception! Also a bonus to have access to a communal kettle and a fridge to make our own drinks/packed lunch. The town of Seebruck had much to offer us: bikes to hire, the lake to swim in, ferries to small islands of historic interest and plenty of cafes and ice cream outlets! Be aware the cafes close some evenings so check and book as needed. The community was very friendly to us and we loved staying there. Bus service good to and from the train stations.
