Helpful and courteous, really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They were out of plain yogurt in breakfast, so they went to the grocery store especially!!! Nice apartment 5 with 3 bedrooms. Unfortunately all of them were double beds. I was expectig one with two seperate beds. One had an onsuite bathroom. Bathrooms were really nice. Heating was not really adaptable, needed a password for the access. Sometimes radiators were cold when we wanted our clothes to dry. Everything is close, shops, pubs, ski rental.
