Was invited for a birthday drink and driven to the port at departure. Arranged a mountain tour with a private driver. The large room and lovely big terrace were very neat and tidy. Well-equipped kitchen. Everything spotless. Can warmly recommend this place.

The guest house provides garden views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. I had a great time at Kasa d'Vizin. The hotel is greatly located, surrounded by beautiful nature and a terrasse that gives you the feeling that you are in the middle of it. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also the host was very helpful, kind and gave it a personal touch. The food was amazing, for a very fair price I got a three meal course that tasted awesome. Thank you!

Set in Paul, Pousada do Ceu features accommodation with seating area. With sea views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. Location is flawless - on a quiet street, but just off the main road. Aluguars stop virtually opposite the property and are very frequent, both going up the Paul Valley and along the coastal road. There is a little mini market just around the corner, open until 20:00. The owner is super - helpful and able to advise on all the best walks in the area. He suggested a much better walk than the one we initially wanted to do; he had maps and suggested places to eat. The room was very comfortable, clean, and the balcony was a nice bonus. The kitchen area is really nice, half al-fresco. All the staff were lovely and kind and very helpful. The internet works fine - there are 2 networks to choose from. I was also very grateful to have access to a guest fridge in the kitchen area. We regretted cancelling one of the 2 nights we'd initially wanted to stay and only staying 1. For bonus points, there is also a little 8-week-old puppy :)

For added convenience, the property can provide towels and bed linen for an extra charge. Exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished place, run by the kind and knowledgable Evandro. With only the ocean waves in our ears we slept peacefully and awoke to a delicious breakfast. Evandro also made banging Caipirinhas with local Grogue, which we enjoyed watching the stunning sunset over the Tarrafal bay, chatting to some other lovely guests. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the picnic area, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. Very good location, nice spacious room and terrace. Guillaume arranged our transfers from/to ferry, early breakfast before our departure and had recommendations ready for restaurants, tours and activities, maps and books on the area and Cape Verde were available. We appreciated the care taken to conserve water and energy, reduce waste. Bonus: the best restaurant in town, Caleta is couple of minutes away.

Rooms here will provide you with a balcony and a terrace. Featuring a shower, private bathrooms also come with a bath and free toiletries. You can enjoy sea view and mountain view from all the rooms. I felt so lucky to have found this hotel in the beautiful Paul Valley. The view from our window is exceptional and it makes me feel so calm and energised. You can hear frogs and lots of different insects in the forest at night, which itself is calming. We also had a little visitor (owner’s cat) in the room. Amazing memories, will definitely come back again!

The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are offered in the villa. The property has an outdoor dining area. We were met by Lieve at the Ferry Terminal, she arranged a rental car and guided us to the villa (10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal). Lieve and Geert went out of there way to make our stay as comfortable as possibe. The Villa has been built by them with an eye for detail. The villa is very spacious, 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a toilet/bath room, in two of these rooms next to the double beds bunkbeds for two kids. In living room an additional seperate toilet on top. Also a spacious kitchen with everything you need. The swimming pool is covered every evening so it stays warm (28 Celsius). Very important in winter months, we were at some other places where swimming was only for the brave (24 C) or even unbarable (20 C).

Nice rooms and a nice Hangout place with the most beautiful view. The people are super friendly and helpful and the food was amazing!

Situated in Ponta do Sol in the Santo Antao region, Casa Au Bonheur des Randonneurs has a patio and city views. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The appt is really huge - 3 bedrooms, spacious dining room, kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tableware and cookware. However, the shops in Ponta do Sol are really tiny, so if you're travelling by car I'd suggest to do your grocery shopping in bigger villages (e.g. we've found a relatively big shop in Ribeira Grande) or even before departing Mindelo, especially if you want to purchase alcohol. Anyway, if you don't want to cook yourself, there are several cafes/restaurants nearby, but I suggest to book the place for dinner in advance, as the best places are fully booked. Good wi-fi, plenty of parking place on the street nearby, key is left in the locker box, so you don't have to worry about time of arrival. The host is very sweet and helpful - she has sent all the precise instructions on whatsapp in advance and it was very easy to contact her anytime.

The property has full-day security, a restaurant with an outdoor dining area. Nice place to stay. Like a little paradise. Isa was always making sure that everything was going well and even made sure to book all the activities for us. Really good food as well.
