Extremely clean, super big rooms, very comfortable, great location. Has everything you need! The owners are a gem!!! Dila organized for us a tour of the island and she let us do a late check out, which was super convenient because we were flying from Sal at 7 pm, so we could enjoy the beach and then take a shower. I strongly recommend staying here, especially if you’re not a fan of resorts like me but still want to be in a great accommodation. I only have good things to say about this place. You’ll love it! I got a wonderful assistance when booking ferry tickets from the cumbersome unlogical website of the connection to the amazing island St. Antao. And the hosts participated in well-prepared dinners at a Mexican restaurant nearby - and a fish restaurant where the concept FRESH fish get a new meaning for me. I can only say : STAY THERE !!!

We had an amazing experience at Bia D’Olaf on Sal Island. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — everything looked new and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk from the beach and the main areas of Santa Maria, yet peaceful and relaxing. A special bonus is the wonderful bakery and café downstairs, owned by the same family. Their pastries, coffee, and breakfasts are simply delicious — the perfect way to start the day! Everything was truly five stars — cleanliness, comfort, hospitality, and the little details that make a big difference. We will definitely come back and recommend Bia D’Olaf to anyone visiting Sal Island!

Villa ao Mar offers accommodation set in Santa Maria, 200 metres from Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows and Nazarene Church. It is the best possible apartment in Santa Maria. Location 15/10, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cleaning, everything. The host Sara was extremely nice and lovely. She helped with all our requests and questions within 30 minutes time.

I can recomend to everybody. Swimming pool two steps, Beach and ocean four steps. Main street with hundreds of restaurants six steps ;-). Diving center and pier ten steps. Qiute good equpiped kitchen, comfortable bed, air-condition, nice terrace. A very helpful host, he provided advice on activities on site. On the last day we had a midnight flight. We could stay in the apartment without additional charges until the evening. What's more, he organized transport from the airport to the apartment (we arrived at midnight, the driver was waiting for us). Thank you for everything Stan (Stijn)

The apartment is so beautiful, clean and well stocked! We stayed for 30 days and the apartment was absolutely brilliant. The pool and restaurant and SOOOO NICE!! The beach being so close is such an amazing feature too! PERFECT

Carmen is a superb host for this Santa Maria, Sal, Cape Verde apartment. She organised a taxi from the airport and then back after our holiday had finished. Carmen couldn't do enough for us and made out stay there very pleasant indeed. The apartment is well located, spacious with all mod cons including a washing machine, very large fridge freezer, cooker and gas hobs. The interior was new and decorated in a modern style. The shower was very powerful. The pool was brilliant and there were always sun beds available. We could hardly hear any scraping of chairs/tables/beds from upstairs residents in this superb ground floor apartment. Carmen was always available to sort any issues that occurred and nothing was too much trouble for her and her son and team. We couldn't wish for more on our Cabo Verde holiday. Highly recommended.

Plaza top Floor is a unit located on the 3rd floor on the main strip. It is close to everything: restaurants, bars, shopping areas, the main beach, attractions, etc.....It is a modest apartment with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It has all the amenities for a great self sufficient stay. I could not give it a perfect grade because future guests must know that the location is great if you are someone who is going to go out every night on the strip (rue Pedonal). This avenue is booming with noise from music until 2:00AM every day. So, for someone like me, it did not bother me because I was out every night. The location is very safe. The wifi signal is very strong for Internet purposes if you need to do some work on the computer. All and all, If you don't mind the noise, it is a very nice unit to enjoy your stay.
