I spent just over two weeks at Vilas na areia in early March 2023 and really enjoyed my time there. Rosella and Antonio are very friendly and helpful hosts, and as mentioned in other reviews, the accommodation is very cosy and super clean. Breakfast (at additional cost) was wonderful and proximity to town and beaches good. I had a small kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, sink and kitchen essentials in my apartment. Internet was good, there was no TV which was perfectly fine for me. Communication before and during my stay was great. Both are very approachable, just speak to them if anything is missing or needed. I would definitely recommend Vilas na areia and would love to go back some time in the future.

Great breakfast with a delicious croissant, fresh juice, a coffee from a real good coffee maker (you just taste the difference...), ham, cheese, muesli, freshly made yogurt, and eggs, freshly prepared. In addition: Very clean, eye for details, super friendly and nice staff, mosquito net in the blinds (so you can keep the windows open and hear the sea), and a super comfy bed. Every unit features a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Bed linen is provided. We had an excellent stay at Ca Bonita. It's spacious, comfortable and was perfect for our little family of three. The baby cot was provided too. It has all the necessary amenities. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away. Anildo is a great host, very welcoming, helpful and highly responsive.

Everything was wonderful including the hosts

Apartamento Avenida is set in Sal Rei, 600 metres from Santa Isabel square, 700 metres from Santa Isabel Church, and 3.3 km from The Nossa Senhora de Fátima Chapel. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Praia de Estoril is 600 metres away. Perfect location in the center of the small town, beach, bars, restaurants and local shops in within 10 mins walk. The owner of the apartment was there to greet me on arrival, kept in touch the whole time in case I needed anything, overall you could not wish to meet a nicer person.

The property features quiet street views and is 300 metres from Santa Isabel Church and 300 metres from Santa Isabel square. The property is non-smoking and is situated 300 metres from Praia de Cruz. The price was unbeatable, for the size of the room/location/cleanliness. The owners speak French, likely Creole and Portuguese. If you speak German it‘s s bit of a language barrier! But very, very nice couple. Sal Rei is very small, and everything is very accessible

Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. The house is absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway, like a home from home and has everything you need and to a very good standard. Highly recommended. If we come back to boa vista in the future, this is the only place we would stay!

Boavista Beach Apartment is a beachfront property located in Sal Rei, 400 metres from Praia de Estoril and 1.2 km from Santa Isabel square. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the apartment free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Santa Isabel Church. The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it feel like a home away from home. Tina, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect—situated in a quiet area, yet just a 5-minute walk to both the beaches and the town center, with many bars, restaurants, and shops. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Boa Vista!
