The breakfast was very nice, the backyard was very well decorated and calming. Our taxi driver from the train station called the guesthouse, so the owner came and picked up the luggage into the ancient city. Highly recommended . Thank you. The hotel is family owned, take a chance to speak to them, they are really interesting people. Everyone we encountered with spoke perfect English. We got a transfer from and to the train station organized but a hotel owner. It was probably a wise thing to do because the hotel is in the very heart of the ancient city with lots of narrow and pedestrian-only streets, so it could be tricky to get there without exactly knowing how to get there. The room is a great combination of modern facilities with a real Chinese flair, we really liked the vibe. The breakfast can be organized (not included in room price), they have some variety of western breakfast options. Although probably Chinese option could also be organized because we've seen Chinese tourists taking Chinese breakfast, but not sure about that.The breakfast is a-la carte (no buffet).
