Considering it is a hostel, the quality and cleanliness of the facilities, the organization of the hosts and the atmosphere of the place exceeded my expectations. Benjamin is always available to pick you up from and take you to the airport, offer tours and rides and tell great stories while relaxing with friends and other guests by the barbecue or in the kitchen. I went to the island without having previously booked any tours and I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Benja in this regard - a full day tour to the island's attractions, a typical dance show at night and recommendations for diving. I had a great time!

The home, the hosts, and their supportive attitude were amazing. Eugenia picked us up from the airport, helped us rent a car at a great price (a Suzuki automatic for $110 for 3 days), assisted in finding a guide for excursions, and even allowed us to stay longer since we had evening flight. The accommodation is a 120-square-meter house with its own garden, making it very comfortable for the four of us. It has all the facilities you need for a village trip. It’s a very safe place and even has security cameras. It was clean and featured delightful details like posters of authentic Rapa Nui wood items and a map of the Rapa Nui landscape.

We had an excellent stay at Chez for 3 nights . Delphine the owner was always there if needed with a smiling face to greet you. Very quiet location and just a short stroll to sunset Moai . Location is probably the best on the island. Clean, comfy bed. Owner really nice person. Very quiet location although its only 20 meter from the center.

Very spacious and good ventilation! the room is well decorated, making it a cozy stay. It’s about 10 mins walk from the main street, which is a good distance to get some quiet rest, away from the hustle-bustle in town. Juan and Lucy were beyond warm and welcoming. They helped me in every possible aspects of my stay, welcoming me with flowers, brought me to see sea-turtles and one of the Moai’s site, let me leave my bag around for the last day, and send me off with postcards and necklaces. They checked-in with me on whatsapp to make sure i am doing well on the island. It’s a perfect place to be on Easter Island!

It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful garden with very clean, air-conditioned, cool rooms. Best of all, the location is great, a 2-3 minute walk to both the main Seaside and the main street. Restaurants, shopping, and tour registration were all a short walk away. The staff was very friendly and not only picked us up at the airport, but also accompanied us around to tour companies and buy tickets to the national parks. The stories they told us about the history and culture of the island were very interesting. To my surprise, they remembered that I, a Japanese, had mentioned rice, and prepared it especially for me for breakfast. I was really happy with their thoughtfulness. This was truly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I would like to come back to Easter Island and I will stay here again. Thank you so much, Francisco!
