The location could not have been better. Luzern train station is literally at the back door. There is a beautiful park across the road, and everything we wanted to do was either in walking distance or a short bus ride away. The apartment is very nicely furnished and very well equipped. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Luzern.

The property was very clean and had updated appliances. No bad smell. The beds were comfortable. It sits in a nice and peaceful neighbourhood. The host was very kind and gave us valuable information for our very brief 2-day stay for sightseeing. In those 2 days we were able to see everything we needed to see on our own : Titlis, Jungfraujoch and Matterhorn. We would have spent almost $3000 on the tour agencies (as we have originally planned) had the host/owner not give us great information based on his personal knowledge and experience.

Every piece of equipment came with clear instructions. The host’s husband also provided helpful explanations and gave great travel recommendations. There were guidebooks available for both sightseeing and using the room's facilities, which clearly showed their thoughtfulness and care.

Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. オーナーは働き者でとても親切。メッセージをするとすぐ返信が来ます。もしくは、すぐ部屋に来て直接対応してくれます。私たちのリクエストを全て受け入れてくれました、リクエストしなくても私たちの状況を見て、適切な提案をいくつもしてくれました。 インテリアはとても素敵で、全ての家具や調度品が部屋のカーテンやラグ、絵画とマッチしています。優雅な気持ちになれます。 キッチンの設備は完璧で、私たちは使いませんでしたが、私たちの部屋にはチーズフォンデュ用の鍋や、オーブン料理に対応する耐熱性など、どんな料理でも作ることができます。（※これはもしかしたらファミリールームだったので特に充実していたのかも。事前に問い合わせをしてください） ロケーションもとても良く、近くには有名な瀕死のライオン像や教会、湖、スーパー、駅へのバス停。どこにでもアクセスが簡単です。それでいて、アパートの周辺は静かです。 私たちは日本人で、サービスが整い過ぎた日本のホテルに慣れており、海外ではなかなか納得できるホテルを探すのが難しいですが、ここはそんな日本人でも満足出来ること間違いないです！今までで1番のアパートメントホテルでした。
