Everything was just superb, starting from detailed instructions on getting to and into apartment up to amenities, comfort , and cleanness. Free parking is a valuable bonus in Lugano. The bed was very comfy, shower great, breakfast, drinks and evening meal in the garden all excellent. Hosts really friendly. Lovely walk along the lake into Locarno and very convenient for the train station. Would highly recommend.
