The central location and view were spectacular. The apartment was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family of five. The beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of supplies for all of us. Sologno was an amazing host throughout and made sure we were extremely comfortable either a personalized welcome. The place fully met our expectations – very well prepared, clean and functional. Excellent value for money. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made our stay comfortable even when temperatures rose above 30°C. The location is perfect for exploring the lakes Lugano and Maggiore as well as the whole Ticino region, and it is also close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The owners and neighbors were extremely kind and helpful – warm greetings to them!

We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.
