Real rural, very quiet, full of nature, birdy, simply beautiful location. Very close to Überlingen - 15 min./7 km by car and even closer to the shopping center. The apartment itself is really large (2 comfortable rooms and big kitchen with dinning room, very well equipped with everything, like fridge, electric stove with oven, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, cutlery and crockery. Separate washing room with washing machine/dryer. Bathroom with a big shower cabinet, WC and washbasin in excellent standard and perfectly new, with window supporting ventilation. The entire appointment was very comfortable, full of space and very, very clean and tidy like 5 stars, or even 6, if possible. The host - very kind, nice, helpful and not unnecessarily interfering with guests, so their privacy is kept. Flexible check in hours, so no need to worry - you could come whenever you want. Free WiFi is working satisfactorily with enough speed for normal operations. Each room is equipped with a new TV set. Bed sheets/linen, bath/kitchen towels, toilet paper, soap, shower gel etc. - everything provided and in excellent, new, fresh condition. Very nice terrace with a nice view. 2+2 adult persons or a family with 2-3 children could spend their time without additional equipment Parking place for one car, very close to access stairs for your convenience for free, of course. The apartment is extremely spacious, very clean and tidy. Amenities are great and in good condition. The two bathrooms, washing machine, and the full equipped kitchen are perfect for us. The apartment comes with 2 parking spaces in the basement of the building which is very convenient. We are a group of 4 adults stayed for 2 nights, the experience was quite perfect. The neighborhood is quiet nad peaceful, but right next to the main road although it does not feel noisy. There is a beautiful small island Werd which is just about 10 min walk away which is great for a short walk. The beautiful town of Stein am Rhein is about 10 min drive away.

Everything!! This is the best apartment we have stayed in during our 9 week trip to Europe. It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A newly opened place, that provides several duplex apartments. Quality furnishings&materials were chosen and everything important&needed is provided. Practically everything was automatized (eg. shades, as well as the check-in process). The accommodation was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The owner, Markus, and his staff went above and beyond what is usual to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed a week to attend the Euros 25 Wales games in St Gallen, and also to explore the town and the area. Markus was very helpful in suggesting local attractions and interesting places to visit and enhanced our holiday considerably by passing on his local knowledge. This accommodation is not the "poshest", as it has shared facilities, and you have to be prepared to walk up and down stairs as there is no lift, but this is more than made up for, with the warmth of the welcome, the high standards of cleanliness and service by the staff, and the location (an easy walk or short bus journey into St Gallen old town). It is excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to return again. We are very happy to recommend it to others.
