Great accommodation! It’s really clean, has a lovely bed and shower and the host was super kind!

Nice coffee, fresh fruit, and a great view from where breakfast is served. Proximity to the beach and other restaurants and bars is very good as well. We were honored to meet the owner, very easy going and relaxed, very polite and we had a good conversation over breakfast.

Facing the seafront in Caye Caulker, Seaside Villas features an outdoor pool and a garden. The property has pool views and is a few steps from Caye Caulker Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Location was just perfect. View straight to the ocean. Bars and restaurants just next door , but NOT noisy or intrusive. Everythings is easy walking distance, plenty of supermarkets nearby ( 2 mins walk). The villa was really spacious, very well stocked with kitchen items for making cocktails or cooking if you wanted a night in or breakfast. Bedrooms really large and beds really comfortable, shower was good. Pool was lovely and private but still open to the beach scene. Rooftop spa and BBQ was a real bonus, it was lovely up there. Staff were very attentive, no issues at all.

The house was comfortable and clean. Being able to use the bikes made it easy to get around the island. Being close to the airport didn’t seem to be an issue for us with the noise and the bar next door wasn’t as loud as we thought it would be! So we recommend staying here!
