Just finished the 4 night cruise and it exceeded our expectations. Although the boat is a little tired it is spotlessly clean (cabins serviced twice per day) and well appointed. Good size cabins, all with a balcony and enormous comfortable bed, tv, wifi, minibar, dressing gown, slippers etc. it was a floating hotel room. The staff are all lovely, a particular we would like to thank to Moura in the dining who took such good care of us. He was very kind and attentive, I was a little apprehensive as some reviews said the food was not good & the wine was undrinkable but actually we found the opposite. Lots of Amazonian fish, fresh salads, fruit (plus lots of treats if you preferred). We particularly enjoyed the captain’s dinner on the final night Food was delicious. It was followed by a wonderful show. Several excursions per day so the boredom get a chance to take hold. Although it seems expensive when you book it, you don’t have to spend a single cent whilst on board. It is, fully all inclusive and once you add everything up, it feels like good value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the cruise. It’s a once in a lifetime experience.

The host Erick was wonderful. He spoke enough english to be helpful and answer any questions. I did not have a proper power adapter for my cell phone and he provided one for me. He was extremely helpful in helping me get a car ride to the airport. Thanks Erick for you lovely hospitality. The apartment was great, super clean, comfortable bed, loaded kitchen with all the utensils, fridge, stove and drinking water provided. Huge plus having a washing machine which I used. The location is away from downtown but buses are available. This area is a quaint local suburb that is great for observing the local culture. Grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and lots of fruit & vegetable venders almost at every corner. Wish I could have stayed longer. I will return and advise others to check it out too.
