Sparkling clean. Large balconies. Washing machine. The house is located in a quiet suburb but walking distance from the center, and has a beautiful garden with olive trees, fruit trees, a nice veranda. The hosts are a lovely family. Excellent value, absolutely recommended.

The beds and furniture were comfortable, possibly the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The host was very friendly and helped us with parking and any questions we had. The location was perfect for us, near restaurants, a small supermarket and children's play area. We would highly recommend and would stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Great apartment in a good quiet location but very close to lots of bars and restaurants in Gramsh which is a lovely little town. The apartment was amazing had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, there was lots of room and a nice little balcony. There was parking available and a lift in the building. The owner was lovely he met us and bought us a drink before showing us to the flat and gave us lots of good tips, so nice and helpful. Also the tap water is drinkable and actually very nice. Gramsh is a lovely town and well worth a visit!
