this was a clean, comfortable guesthouse - very well run. we arrived rather late, and I had some internet connection issues during the day (and couldn't update our arrival time) but we were met by the host at the gate when we arrived. it had everything we needed for a single overnight.

Very clean well furnished accommodation in a large garden in an up-market suburb of Louis Trichardt. There was even an outside area to relax. The place was incredibly good value for money and foresically clean. An absolute bargain of a place.

Attention to detail - incredible Surroundings, peaceful. Excellent location. We had an excellent dinner, everything you need in one location - but still close enough to town. (although you feel you are miles away)

Driving through the beautiful gardens to the guest house had a "whoa" feeling. To be amongst such beautiful surroundings is so relaxing. It got better. Bryn and Corrine are exceptional hosts. We were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived. Nothing was too much for them and their very friendly and helpful staff. Great accommodation with personal touches and a private patio. We were sorry that we were only able to stay one night but we were able to sample Corrine's delicious home cooked meal and breakfast next morning. A lasting memory was sitting around the pool to watch the sun set. A bonus was chatting to Bryn about rugby; we are both rugby mad. John and June

4.5 hours from OR Tambo. 15 mins from Louis Trichardt where it is possible to stock up with provisions if heading on to the Kruger National Park. Good sized room with a fridge freezer. Pleasant bar. Good food. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff and management.

This is not only A-Cody Place but also A-Cosy Place. It is really the perfect place to stay in Louis Trichardt. And special thanks to our host Pieter. When we arrived I drove over a broken bottle and had a flat tyre. Pieter changed the wheel in a short time. As it was Sunday the tyre could not be repaired but on Monday morning Pieter arranged a fast repair and we could continue our trip. On our list of good hosts Pieter is the absolute nummber 1!
