The lovely elderly couple running this homestay were so welcoming and did their utmost to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is perfect, in a quiet alley right in the center of the city. We rented a bike in top condition to do a 5-day excursion without any problems. They also arranged a very reasonabally priced and comfy ride back to Hanoi.

Service level above and beyond expectations. We forgot an e-reader in a drawer, and Mina went out of their way to coordinate delivery to a future destination of ours, so we can reunite with our lost gadget. Much appreciated! Cao Bang is a bit away from the beaten tourist path, which is nice. You will need to drive a bit to get to the attractions though.

The house is the spacious among our entire Vietnam trip. The host is friendly although he couldn't speak English can use translator, not a problem. The dog, Milo very friendly too.

EVERYTHING!!! We liked everything! The owners are polite and nice people. They allowed us to leave the bag in the morning (before the check-in time). The homestay, I can’t even name it “homestay”, the hotel[!] is so beautiful. It is new. It is fresh. It is modern!!! It is clean. It is light. The room is not big; but large at the same time (because of the high ceiling). There is a mirror, an electronic kettle, a hair dryer, a good bed. So everything you will be able to need. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lan is an amazing host and was very courteous. The stay was very comfortable and cozy. The location is great as well, in the market area. One can also use the kitchen facility which is an added advantage. It also has bike rental services, so that you don't need to roam around looking for one. Lan also helped us book limousine to travel back to Hanoi. Really loved our stay there. Recommended for everyone traveling to Cao Bang.
