Perfect location with a lot of small restaurants. The owner helped to book bus tickets including pick-up for us. When the bus was a little bit late, he informed us as well. Communication via WhatsApp was very efficient. Public bus to Ban Gioc Waterfalls was close (bus also stops close to Tiger Cave). We stayed at his place with my 70 year old parents. No breakfast available in the homestay, but I had great banh cuon for breakfast just across the street. I can definitely recommend this place.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and had all the amenities such as toiletries, laundry, garden and outdoor sitting area. The staff organised a driver and car to surrounding tourist sites for a very good price. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience. The homestay is simple but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. A great place to stay. This is a lovely modern homestay, with simple elegant decor. The host and his family are super nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable with efficient heating and cooling. They picked me up from the bus stop at 5am for free, even when I got off at the wrong stop. Communication before and during the stay were fantastic and they were more than happy to do little extras like book buses and help me order food delivery. Would definitely recommend.
