We stayed in the hotel in April 2025 and booked 3 nights. But we came the day before and left one day later and it was so cool that the hotel could extend our booking for these nights! We had a wonderful room, good breakfasts and very helpful and responsive staff at reception! Despite that we checked out early morning they made breakfast for us the day before in the evening and brought it in our room. I can not compare it with another hotels in Avanos, but certainly can recommend this place!

Avanos is away from the more commercialised centres In Cappadocia and perfect for us. The accommodation has the pleasant Red River right at the doorstep. The old town centre is a 5min walk and the people are very friendly. The ambiance and location is perfect. The owners are very helpful. We are grateful that they arranged a Ballon Flight for us prior to our arrival. The extraordinary experience is a ‘must do’. We would highly recommend staying here.

Very kind, responsive and at the same time unobtrusive hosts. They got up early to prepare breakfast for our early departure. Hearty breakfasts. I liked the family house with thick walls, not hot in summer. Amazing view of Avanos and hot air balloons from the restaurant and common area. Beautifully landscaped garden and BBQ area. It was possible through the host to book a hot air balloon flight at a good price.

A beautiful place in Avanos extremely well located, wlking distance from historical center, 1 min walk from supermarket and restaurantsbut above all, amazing hosts, extremely kind and helpful. We loved staying at Hikmet's House and really felt at home. The veranda is beautiful and perfect to enjoy a quiet nap or tea, and the breakfast room on the top floor offers a beautiful view on all the surroundings. We highly recommend this place!

This is the perfect stay! Rooms are nice and big. The location can't be better!!! The best thing was the attention! The people that work there will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need and are kind people as well!!! The breakfast is spectacular and the view is unbelievable! Location: quiet at night, good trekking and visiting sites, on foot from the hotel. Goreme is like an apres ski pave on steroids! Good eateries nearby but all are expensive. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. He introduced us to his taxi driver on the first day. But we found out how to get bus from Çavuşin to Goreme. I am sure if you asked him, he could give you local bus information to get around and see some sites. Our room had a jacuzzi (great!) And a fireplace (which works): 2 principal reasons for choosing this room, as we went in December/January. The fire we used on one night and the owner supplied us with 2 free logs, some kindling and lighter fuel. But the door didn't close (broken latch).
