the hotel is like a dream place. You will find peace the moment you enter inside. please do not call outside for desert tours. they provide support on the tour and the tour picks you up at the door. There is a very caring and courteous reception about everything. The housekeeping staff even folded and gathered the clothes we distributed and put them in our suitcase. They are very helpful in planning your activties in the region arround Tozeur and beyond. Just ask them, they have a lot of good recommendations and know good places to go to! We had freshly cooked homemade vegetarian (!) dinner every night, as well as superior breakfast every morning with freshly made Omelette, home made jams, homemade bread and fresh dates from their own garden. It was a fairytale, 1001 nights. Absolutely loved everything. Even more beautiful than the pictures tell you. We had suite “electra” and we highly recommend that one. Amazing. And the staff was the bomb, especially the ladies from the housekeeping. Love them. Swimming pool was extraordinary. We could have stayed here forever.
