We are a family with four children, and our stay was absolutely amazing! The host was fantastic – incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. He arranged everything for us, including the GBAO permit for the Pamirs and the residence registration. The breakfasts were exceptional – generous, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Everything was perfectly clean, just like in a high-standard European hotel. The location is also great: just a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We highly recommend this place!

I stayed at this hotel twice (a total of 4 nights), and for my next visit to Dushanbe, I’ll choose Sunrise again without a second of hesitation! The team is absolutely lovely—both the reception staff and the lady who prepares breakfast are incredibly kind and welcoming. When I arrived, they had arranged for a taxi to pick me up at the airport. Later, Asad even accompanied me to buy a SIM card. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The homemade breakfasts are generous and absolutely delicious. The location is perfect—right next to Cyrus the Great Park and the Opera House, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. In short, if you're coming to Dushanbe, I highly recommend Sunrise Apartments. The team will truly make you feel at home. A big thank you to everyone! Note: Sunrise is located in the building just to the left of Hotel Vatan. Upon arrival, you can send a message via WhatsApp to the team so someone can come down to meet you, or ask the reception at Hotel Vatan to notify them.

Almost everything. Neat, well equipped and fully furnished. This apartment is well ventilated with kitchen, Wi-Fi. It's more like a home while you are on the road. Mr Sharof the owner is very friendly in nature, helpful and attentive. Whenever I need some help, he is always there. Most important is that it's central of all attractions. There have supermarket, ATM and few restaurants nearby in 5-10 metres away.

The best apartment I have stayed in. Everything complete. Better than a 5* hotel as has privacy and can cook like home. It is a great home with all the facilties needed - washing machine, ironing board, cutlery etc. The plus point is the separate toilet. Thanks to the owner for everything.
