Banthai Guesthouse is one of the cosiest hostels I stayed at and so far my favorite in Thailand. It invites to hang out and relax, it's well equipped and clean. The owner / staff are welcoming and it was easy to rent one of their bikes to discover the city. The breakfast was a lovely surprise - I couldn't believe I got some fruits!

There were clean, comfortable 2 bedrooms, like in the photos. There is everything we need in the kitchen. It was great. The room is next to the pool which is fun for everyone. There should be a sign to show where the utencils are.

We loved everything about this guesthouse, especially the terrace and the hot water dispenser available for coffee/tea and free bananas and the snack left on our door handle with water.it is well located and very relaxing.the staff are exceptional and helped us so much with everything,they are so kind and caring! Love the uniqueness of this place. It was like stepping back in time but surprisingly with modern comfort. When you step into the room, I exclaimed how clean and immaculate the room and bathroom were.

The room was very clean, except an issue with the bathroom which I will elaborate on later. The room opened on to the pool deck. It had great air/con, and a fully equipped kitchen, which we didn't use, except to boil water (we ate out). The apartment complex opened on to the beach, with good security present at all times.
