Another more than pleasant surprise when traveling in Thailand. Wonderful luxury accommodation, more than pleasant staff, cozy and modern room with balcony and sea view. The private part of the beach is clean and reserved for hotel clients. Safe in the room, air conditioning, excellent beds. Social room, coffee, juice, tea available, but the biggest pleasure was breakfast. Here it was not about accommodation where you need to sleep. Here it was about an experience that you want to go through again and again.

Thank you for the stay! It was a lovely week at the Nongthale Mountain View property. The owner was really welcoming, helpful, and shared places and things to visit. The room size is fantastic, and the small kitchenette was a joy to finally be able to make your own breakfast in the morning. Throughout the property, you could feel that the owner cared for the place as it's home and wants to share the feeling of comfort of the home with its guests. It showed in the cleanliness and neatness of the properties and providing all the necessities in the room - hairdryer, towels both for shower and pool/beach, all the appliances in the kitchen, etc. The room and balcony size were really amazing to have and enjoy the view of the jungle and hills. If in Krabi, I would definitely stay another time, because the location was perfect, you are away from everything in nature, peace and quiet, but at the same time, everything you would need is a few-minute scooter ride away.

We were very pleased with Smile Home Klong Moung. Although we wanted to find accommodation in Ao Nang. But it turned out to be a noisy resort village with a large number of shops and entertainment facilities, but with a very limited beach. Klong Moung has a good beach, much less people, more space in the shade. We especially liked the beach near the cafe The Beach, near the island. There is a large selection of good cafes. Special thanks to the owner Don. He quickly responded to all our requests, gave excellent recommendations and helped organize several excursions. Every morning they brought rice dessert and mango. The house has everything you need for self-catering, there is a barbecue area, and nearby two days a week in the evenings there is a local market where you can buy fresh fish, shrimp and other seafood, vegetables, fruits. Near the house there is a palm grove (not for walking). Within walking distance there is a 7-Eleven store (for other trips we used a car, which we rented for the entire period).

Everything was perfect. It was over and beyond our expectations as an Airbnb. It is as good as a 6 stars hotel. Mai's hospitalities was superb! We appreciated everything she did during our stay. She and her property gave us a good excuse to stay at the Klong Muang Beach again.

I had to wait a few weeks to write this review as I was truly overwhelmed by my experience. The hotel's location is a bit far from Ao Nang Beach, the nearest attraction, so renting a bike or car is essential to reach the beaches or other places of interest. Thankfully, the hotel offers motorbike rentals at a more affordable rate than what I found online. The owners, a lovely husband-and-wife duo, live on the property, making them easily accessible for any queries. Their house doubles as the reception, so you can simply walk over if needed. The room itself was average—no toiletries provided, and yes, the mattress was very hard. Breakfast was basic and served outside our room daily, though a bit late at 8 a.m., which meant we often missed it due to early day trips. The pool view was lovely, and the property had convenient amenities like a small pantry with a fridge, stove, coin-operated washing machine, and water purifier available for guest use. What stood out most was the owners' incredible kindness and hospitality. I had a health issue after consuming "special cookies with mushrooms" purchased at a nearby shop, and the owner personally drove me to the hospital at night without hesitation or asking for any compensation. It was a touching moment that showed they genuinely care about their guests beyond just business. Thank you for helping us through an unexpected challenge during our stay. Your hospitality made us feel more like family than just guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a heartfelt and genuine experience!
