This was our first time staying in a bee house – a place where your bed is directly over beehives and built in a way that even upon just opening the door you are wrapped tightly in the smell of honey and beeswax. The humming-buzzing of the bees make for a uniquely relaxing experience as you fall into what is likely one of the best nights of sleep you could enjoy. Andrej is not only one of the warmest hosts but also one of the most knowledgeable when it comes to apitherapy and Slovenian beekeeping tradition. This was the best way we could kickstart our first time visiting this nature-blessed country, and it guaranteed that this wouldn't be our last.

The apartment is specious and beautifully furnished. There's a king-size bed in the bedroom, a bunk bed + an additional bed for one person in the second bedroom and a sofa in the living room. All beds are comfortable. We had no problems with Wi-fi. Everything is clean and nice and seems pretty new. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The location was amazing and very unique. The owner is so sweet and made it perfect with the welcome letter and the amazing breakfast in the cowboycaravan. You are in the middle of the nature, among the chickens, goats and horses. It was one of the best stays ever for me.

A wonderful house with a beautiful garden, and in the morning you can see the mountains. There is private parking and convenient access from the road. The accommodation is very clean, and everything needed for a comfortable stay is available. We were also charmed by the handmade wrought iron items and even purchased a souvenir on site.
