Beautiful flat located on the 4th floor of a new building (with a lift). The place is closed by the city centre (less than 10 mn walk), in front of Lidl opened everyday from 7am to 10pm and near by a commercial area with many shops, but the place is quiet. Easy to park a car around the building. The apartment is also well furnished with brand new furniture : very comfortable bed, nice and functional kitchen and giant tv screen with many foreign channels. Wifi connection and washing machine are good. The owner and his father are very helpful and friendly, they are always here if you have any question. The cleaning of the flat is also included. I spent one month here for professional purpose, they can give you an invoice if you need it. I highly recommend this apartment for a short or a long stay, you cannot be deceived.

First things first, the apartment is in a great location. Just behind a shopping mall, with all kinds oh shops, restaurants and a supermarket and a walkaway from the city centre. It’s also overlooking Nisava river. Secondly, the apartment is spick and span, super comfy and very quiet, especially during night time. The hosts were welcoming and friendly,super responsive. Very friendly, communicative host, quick responses for each query in proper English (or Serbian). New building, spotless, spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything, including a washing machine and a dryer. Everything is brand new. Very safe area. Good restaurants 3-4 min walk, two supermarkets as well and swimming pool complex across the street, the centre is also close by.
