Ivan and his family warmly welcomed us as we arrived by bicycle. They offered coffee and homemade lemonade. The double room was spotless and well-equipped with a fridge, electric hotplate, towels, and a comfy bed. The shared bathroom was clean with a hot shower. Very centrally located and close to everything, heating was great which was important as it was very cold outside on that weekend and despite the big window (which is an awesome detail) it was very hot in the apartment. Amenities are all good, bed was cozy to sleep in and the building is just fantastic! Easy self check-in/check-out, host was very friendly, helpful and responsive! All in all, great experience amd value for money, we would stay here again for sure!

"The place we stayed at was beautifully designed, with a modern black-and-white theme and high attention to detail. The host is very meticulous and responsive, making sure everything is perfect for the guests. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need – there’s a washing machine, refrigerator, stove with an oven, two TVs, automatic soap dispenser, coffee machine, cattle, irin and even a hair dryer. All appliances are new and fully functional. There is private parking spot for apartment. This is truly one of the best places to stay in Niş. I was lucky to get a great deal through my top-level Genius status on Booking.com. The apartment is very clean, and I highly recommend staying here. The host is always available and quickly addresses any needs, so you can relax without any worries." When we come to Niş again, we will definitely stay here
