Lovely clean place with everything you would need. Very good value for money. The host has been very responsive and accommodating. Contactless check in very handy for our very late arrival. Highly recommended. Many thanks for the coffee and tea provided! A couple of constructive observations( not complaints) to make this place just a bit better: 1. Glass main entance door located between shower and bedroom. Partially covered by white matt strips. Fully covered would be great for more privacy. 2. Some sort of threshold needed for the shower so the water doesn't go all over the bathroom 3. A thermostat located inside the unit would be great.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable with great beds and central air! The lady in charge was extremely nice and accommodating, allowing us to put in orders for breakfast the night before as well as leave our luggage in the villa while we went out for the day after check-out. The location was also perfect, right outside of the citadel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

We loved our stay at Villa Preciosa! The staff were very friendly and there is a great bar and restaurant on the property (seemed like it was mostly locals eating there). The hotel is close to the city gate and is not a far walk. There is also ample street parking along both sides of the hotel.

The apartment looks just like the pictures, spacious and clean. We had everything we needed. We came with 2 cars which we parked on the street in front of the villa. Communication with the owner went smoothly.

Very good location behind the citadel, 7 min walk to the gate. The building is beautiful, rooms are different and very nicely decorated; quite new (4 years old) so all the furniture looks new. You have coffee and tea in the room, comfortable bed. Large room and bathroom. Staff is very kind - reception and restaurant for breakfast, very supporting. The room was ready very early and we were called in the morning to share the codes to enter the villa and the room. all clean and beautiful.

We had a big (deluxe) room, very quiet, clean and very close to the city fortress! The villa has a lovely restaurant, quite big, food is delicious and very diverse, but, above all, staff is amazing! Very good service, very nice people, we enjoyed our staying very much. We would definitely choose the same accommodation if we visited again Alba Iulia.
