The apartment was big with a nice living Room and big bedrooms/suites. The staff was the best I've ever found on my list of travels. Leo was great and gave us the best recommendations for tours and restaurants. Sylvia and Josh were also very professionals and made us feeling at home. I would highly recommend Shell Villas when you come to Palau.

The family knows how to take care of the guests! So very welcoming and helpful when we needed assistance. Loved that service from&to the airport for free (although we had a rental car in any case..) They also gave us coconuts and fruits from their garden. Nice pool for all to share. Also with restrooms. Free parking. Lovely kids and dogs and staff. We could leave our luggage with them in their house after check out. AC in the bedrooms was perfect to give good sleep. Felt safe. They came with a table and 2 extra chairs for us for outside use. (There was a sofa but we were 4 ppl)

We had a fantastic host family who was very helpful. We felt more like their guests than customers. We had a good breakfast every morning on the balcony. It was just a few steps to Nikko Bay, and we enjoyed the kayaks every day. Great swimming from the pier. It's a bit far from the restaurants, but the family knows a driver who takes you to town for 5 USD. It's the best place to stay in Palau if you ask us.

Great location and amazing ocean view from the balcony in the room. Richard is a wonderful host and even helps us to get around the island. Will book again if we come back to Palau
