I had a very great time at Shell Villa.
The room is perfect for everything what you need.
The hotel staff is amazing, they will do everything to make you feel comfortable.
The location is good,only 10 minutes from the airport.
I will come back in the near future.

I enjoyed my stay. Superb personal treatment by Leo and his colleagues. Complimentary airport pickup, great made to order breakfast every morning delivered to your villa at your prearranged time, super bed, shower, wifi and air conditioning. Quiet area just outside of town and great for early morning walking or running.

Shell Villa offers a beautiful stay with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The staff is incredibly accommodating, and the owner goes above and beyond, assisting with tour arrangements. It’s a delightful retreat with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is absolutely fantastic and they help me with absolutely everything to make my stay on Palau as perfect as possible. I really enjoyed my time staying at Shell Villa. Leo and his team assisted me in organizing my tours on and around the island.

Excellent staff. Nice facilities. Taxi services provided for five dollars one way to downtown Koror. I felt that I am part of a family. Thank you Leo, Sylvia and Josh. In Shell Villa you are never left alone. The staff can also suggest and arrange excursions for any customer.

Easy drive into town, comfortable rooms, nice, large bathroom space. Great to have the use of the common area, too. Leo and the Shell Villa team were kind, accommodating, and made our stay excellent. Would absolutely stay again, with more friends! It would be perfect for a group of 4-6, sharing a single common area.

The apartment was big with a nice living Room and big bedrooms/suites.
The staff was the best I've ever found on my list of travels.
Leo was great and gave us the best recommendations for tours and restaurants.
Sylvia and Josh were also very professionals and made us feeling at home.
I would highly recommend Shell Villas when you come to Palau.

We visited Palau in August 2023. We stayed in Koror at Shell Villa apartel resort. We definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessary facilities. Location very good. The transfer from the airport is very short and you can get to the city center on foot. Most importantly, very polite and helpful staff. Open to all guests' needs and requests. If we visit again, we will definitely choose the same hotel

Mr hunter was the best host ever. He did make sure to provide the best service at best of possible.He truly made sure we had a good time with good food during our travel and was very understanding at all times. Your lucky if you have mr hunter your host during the stay in shell villa will recommend to everyone.
