Everything from the location, to the facilities, the aura of the place and the owner. She really turned this place into a special piece of real estate. A true gem hidden in the mountain. Classy, sofisticated but very true to its cultural heritage. A part from that, the approach is very personalize and the owner really goes beyond to make your stay memorable. It was a last minute reservation to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, and the owner still made the effort to prepare everything before my arrival so that we could surprise her. The garden by the pool is a fairy tale. Very good love filled homemade breakfast.

Friendly and helpful service after booking on a short notice. Very spacious, clean and comfortable in a beautiful setting. Excellent breakfast at the restaurant. Unfortunately we arrived on a the day when the restaurant is closed for the evening as that seemed to be a real treat to dine there.

We booked this place last minute and we're afraid it would be available but Vitoria welcomed us and made us feel totally at home. The house is super comfortable, clean and hospitable. The location is lovely! And Victoria is just the best host, she even gifted us with some Cabidela, a traditional Portuguese dish, that she cooked herself on the fire! It was delicious! Ah and we also got some seasonal fruits to bring home with us. I would totally recommend staying with Victoria!
