Quite and out of the way, so able to have a most relaxing stay. Very modern refurbished interior Host Erica was very friendly and helpful

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean and we had the sole use of the garden and pool. Everything was clean and we were convenient to visit Coimbra. The host responded quickly to messages and was very helpful when I lost the information on the Booking,com app as my phone developed a problem.

Great hostel/hotel. Pool was so nice, especially after walking all day. Owner's son chatted with us, and he was friendly and gave us the background on the ranch. What a historic and comfortable place to stay.

The room was very comfy, and with a beautiful view. We kitches was very nicely equipped. We didn't spend much time in the shared spaces so I can't express my opinion on those.

Amazing property that was renovated recently providing lovely accommodation for a visit to Coimbra. The owners are on site every day and provide a lovely breakfast, and are really friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had shutters and Aircon to keep the light out and the room a perfect temperature. I have no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse to all.
